Update (7/9/18): In her response Monica doesn't dispute my account of the facts. She can't because it’s 100% truthful. Instead she adds insult to injury by calling my review “fake." It's not. I'm posting a copy of the invoice to prove it. Another “reviewer” also erroneously says “They’re [sic] policy is posted!” As of today there is absolutely no policy about returns, refunds or exchanges posted on Silk Tree’s website. .
