Not the service I expected. The lehengas are high quality, but Ruby (the “designer”) doesn’t have a lot of tact. She told me to cut some desserts at my wedding to spend on the dress because “the photos will matter more.” It felt unnecessary. That said, they’re one of the few stores in Dallas with designer lehengas and this might have been a one off interaction. I was ready to try a trip to Houston after this appointment though.
I had a tight deadline and needed an outfit fast; Silk Threads absolutely delivered! We did measurements over FaceTime, which I wasn’t sure would work, but the final outfit arrived earlier than expected and fit like a glove. I’m beyond impressed with the quality, the service, and the professionalism of the entire Silk Threads team. They made a stressful situation feel seamless. Highly recommend!

Ruby and her team are absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to help us with — from outfit selection to tailoring and all the little details in between.
