Brought my bridesmaid dress here for an alteration. The dress needed a lot of work but thankfully they were able to have my dress completely altered in about 8-9 days. The alterations lady did an amazing job despite having some complications. The staff is super nice and knows what they’re doing.

My last minute panic shopping trip to Silk Threads turned into an unexpectedly awesome experience. The customer service was top-notch, and Ishita was an absolute gem. Not only did she offer urgent alterations, but she went the extra mile by reaching out to the designer and securing the perfect size for me within 24 hours. Now that’s what I call going above and beyond!
This store is amazing, a hidden gem forsure! Ruby was amazing and really helpful she and her staff helped me and my family pick out wedding clothes when it is really usually hard to find our size in regular stores they worked with us and came through and delievered on time! 10/10 store they treat you like family I will shop with them again and so should you!
