Threaded my eyebrows unevenly and when I told her that it was uneven tried to gaslight me saying it wasn’t and that she’s the professional and knows. Being the “professional” doesn’t mean you don’t make mistakes. Own it and don’t charge the customer for YOUR mess up. I will NEVER come back to this place.
10/10. Been coming here for 5 years+. I wouldn’t take my eyebrows anywhere else 😂 things are unspoken, I get right in the chair and we’re done within 5 mins.
I had such a positive experience here! I’ve been here a few times and I was always pleased with my service but this last experience was so phenomenal I had to write a review. During my appointment, I took my toddler with me and he had an accident, and one of the ladies went above and beyond in how she handled it. She was so polite, patient, and sincere in taking care of the situation, making sure we felt comfortable the entire time. That level of kindness and understanding is something I’ll never forget.
