I loved this place! A friend recommended it to me and I was a little scared at first to try threading for the first time but I’d definitely recommend it!! The person who did it was so nice! 😊 it only took like 5 minutes and I was a walk in.
I called to ask politely for a refund, I had my eyebrows tinted and I have orange hair! Ona my eyebrows are BLACK! The girl did apologize and she said well a lot of people like it and I have a lot of customers so call back. She said it’s not a guaranteed service that you would like it! I said regardless I am walking around with Blk eyebrows and I have orange hair and I have an important event coming up! She is a very nice girl but bad buisness to not refund my $ 29.00! Did not get any services performed due to the coldness of the atmosphere and the person doing it. So I left.
The best best best. The only place I trust after horrible experiences literally everywhere else. & their employees actually stay here, which is a good sign!
