I called to ask politely for a refund, I had my eyebrows tinted and I have orange hair! Ona my eyebrows are BLACK! The girl did apologize and she said well a lot of people like it and I have a lot of customers so call back. She said it’s not a guaranteed service that you would like it! Did not get any services performed due to the coldness of the atmosphere and the person doing it. So I left.
The best best best. The only place I trust after horrible experiences literally everywhere else. & their employees actually stay here, which is a good sign!
Yo estuve ahi por microblading Hanna me dejo un lado mas Delgado q el otro ,le dije y d mala manera me dijo q la arreglaria,se ve mejor peri un lado sigue siendo mas gruesome q el otro lado,fue muy grocera me dijo q ya la habia corregido sin cobrar de nuevo y que le hiciera como quisiera.asi q pienselo antes d ir a hacer microblading .estoy en proceso quiero q asegurarme q ella tiene los permisos corrrespindientes para hacer este trabajo
