My review is mostly about the customer service since I am still waiting for my product to come into stock. The staff are obviously commissioned because they are on you like a hawk. And when we tried to return the wrong product so we could buy the replacement it online, the sales guy had some reason why we had to do it as an exchange instead of a refund. My boyfriend and I purchased bed sheets from Silk and Snow for our new bed, and Robert at the Westboro location was so kind and helpful! He really made it a nice experience, and helped me find everything I needed! We love our new sheets! :)
I would like to give them zero star if it's possible. I found that I've got the damaged part when I unpacked. So I couldn't assemble them at all. I inquired them to refund it but they asked me to pay 20% of the original price as a return fee. Who would like to pay even 1 dollar for not using item?? And the portion is huge. It doesn't make sense. I haven't used it at all and it was shipped like that. I kindly ask them to be flexible as that problem is not my fault. But the answer was same, NO. Nice little gem of a shop tucked away inside a furniture store on Richmond road
Disappointed with Quality and Durability I purchased the Silk & Snow Egyptian Cotton Sheet Set (Queen, White) in December 2022, and after nearly two years of use, I’m incredibly disappointed. Despite being in rotation with a second set, the fitted sheet has already begun to wear through. For sheets marketed as premium and sold at this price point, this kind of deterioration is unacceptable.
