Remarkable customer service (products are also heaven!). I had an issue with an order - not the product but delivery - and Ferlande with customer care followed up and kept me up to date on every aspect of sending out the replacement. I was so impressed and really appreciate the level of thoughtful care. I ended up purchasing a few more items afterwards. Customer for life.

This merchant has excellent quality materials. The one demerit was my shipment was sent with an item omitted, although the label indicated it was enclosed. I was requested to send a photo of the label. The missing item was then reshipped and took about the same time (three days). So, the team member, Jennifer, was helpful and efficient in sending me the missing item. All in all I have had no major issues with this merchant.
Good customer service, I got a multiple sham sets, and a duvet online and felt really taken care of along the way. Despite living in a bit of an area that is hard to ship too!
Jenn was awsome ! Great customer service ! Had to return the sheets as the linen just wasn’t for us, but very great that silk and snow gives 100 day trial and no fuss on the return at all ! 5 star service for sure would def order some cotton sheets and blankets !
