They stayed true to their warranty and gave me a full replacement when parts for the older model were no longer in stock, very pleasant experience!
I had a question about the delivery of the "sheet bundle". She looked it up and gave me answer in 30 seconds or so. It arrived when she said. Vey pleasant and it's nice to speak to a person (not some computer telling you to press 1. etc. She also spoke English. Another rarity these days Thank you
I received my Egyptian Cotton sheets a few days ago and just wanted to comment how wonderful they are. It's taken me a long time to find something so nice! They are very soft and don't need breaking in at all. The Vista is a very pretty subtle blue shade
