I ordered the Silk & Snow Storage Bed in June 2026. Within 24 hours of receiving it, I contacted customer service to initiate a return. I followed all instructions, kept every piece of packaging, and made the request immediately. Unfortunately, one of the screws provided with the bed was defective and became permanently stuck in the frame during assembly. We bought the medium plush organic and after 5 months of giving it a chance we decided it was too soft. We emailed in for an exchange and then purchased the new one. They came and picked up the old and we had a refund immediately!! Such a smooth process. The mattresses are also very comfortable and I love that they are organic.
