Our hallway runner was so stained from constant shoes that I thought it couldn’t be saved. But after a deep clean, it looks amazing like the pattern came back to life. I called for a free estimate on my antique rug, and they showed up right on time. The staff handled the rug with so much care, making sure it was rolled properly before taking it away. About nine days later, they delivered it back, and it looked completely refreshed. The dirt and stains were gone, but the antique character was still there. I appreciated how they laid it back in place exactly as I requested.
