Because viscose can be difficult to maintain, I was careful when choosing a service for viscose rug cleaning. The rug had become dull and was beginning to lose its original appeal. After the cleaning process was completed, I was impressed by how much the appearance improved. The fibers remained soft, the texture was preserved, and the overall look of the rug was significantly enhanced. The care taken throughout the process was evident in the final result.

Excellent service all around. My Afghan Wool runner had pet stains, damaged edges, and years of dirt buildup from heavy use. The technicians were very honest about what could realistically be restored and explained the cleaning and repair process clearly. After about a week, the rug was delivered back looking dramatically better. The stains were barely noticeable, the odor was gone, and the repaired edges looked natural and secure. I’m extremely satisfied with the work and would definitely use this company again.

Booked the service after noticing my Persian rug was looking very dull. The pickup was arranged quickly, and the team handled the rug with care when collecting it from my home. They explained their rug cleaning process and mentioned it would be cleaned at their factory using modern machines. After about a week, the rug was returned, and the change was easy to see. The colors looked brighter, and the wool felt soft again. It didn’t look over-cleaned, just fresh and well taken care of. Overall, a very smooth experience.

Lovely hotel in a great location with good view staff fairy friendly and helpful really enjoyed my stay here lovely clean rooms
