Tried Silk Route for dinner this past Saturday and y’all… it did not disappoint! 🍽️ Parking was easy, the inside looks amazing, and it’s nice to finally have a fancier spot on the Southside. They had a live musician playing, which gave the place a really good vibe while we ate. We ordered the Psyche’s Kofta, Fattoush Salad, Cauliflower Steak, and the Pomegranate Braised Lamb. The kofta and lamb were the standouts—both were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly.
I absolutely LOVE this restaurant. I’ve been multiple times. Every dish I have eaten has been exquisite. I am thrilled to have a restaurant that has many healthy options that are gluten free and flavorful. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is my go to restaurant for a great meal. It’s a hidden gem of Savannah!
