Tia was so great, the staff was very attentive and my massage wasn’t just a rub down, Tia is knowledgeable and cares! Don’t let the building fool you! Silk Rose is a hidden gem!
To be honest, I don't want to write review. I specifically chose this spa for a treat for my sister's because I wanted to support this business! Unfortunately, we didn't even get to go to the spa! It fell apart because my sister was trying to change our booking to gove the Spa MORE money. Like $200 more. So why the Owner made this change a very difficult one and no longer wanted to even service us at all? It baffles me. For a $200 massage, this place was way off the mark. The sheets and curtains were stained, the noise from the road was louder than anywhere I've ever been, and the location just doesn't feel premium enough to justify their prices. The massage was good, which is why it's not a 1-star review, but I can get a massage that's just as good for the same price at a much cleaner and nicer place.
Wonderful experience. Very relaxing. Lily’s massage was very relaxing and she focused on my suggested problem areas. Monica’s facial was very relaxing and soothing. Both were very professional and attentive. The foot massage, tea and cheesecake were the “icing to the experience”. I received my teacher (school nurse) discount which was a bonus.
Lilly (massage) and Monica (facial) were excellent plus they did the foot soak w/foot massage - delightful - the tea and ambiance are lovely (you forget you are in the DMV for a nice respite). Will come again with my girlfriends.
