Teas are good quality, but I find their selection to be pretty limited. I’ve visited a couple times when I can’t get to my preferred tea shop, and I have found the service to be underwhelming in every occasion.
This place has many of my fav teas, but one thing drives me crazy about this place: they won't tell you how much tea you are getting in weight. They do everything in 40 or 80 cup equivalents, whatever someone defines it as for that particular tea. This is fine as long as you tell me how much 40/80 cups weights in a tea in grams, but they won't tell you even though they weigh it out for a refill right in front of you. Decent tea options
Friendly salesperson and helpful. A wide variety of tea at reasonable prices. Lots of nice tea pots and other tea related items. The store is very clean and esthetically pleasing. Finally found a tea with lavender.
