One of our dogs vomited 3 times during the night, on the only rug in our entire house. I cleaned as best I could but needed a pro. Based on reviews, I contacted Silk Road Oriental Rug Pros. They were able to come out the next day and did a beautiful job. Our rug looked bright and clean. Whatever they used wasn't stinky. Great experience and we will definitely use Silk Road Oriental Rug Pros again.

Took care of the rugs while keeping the rest of the clean or at least right after they were done. Rugs are clean and I can now enjoy the sight and the feels walking around. They successfully removed the stains and the stench from my dog’s urine. There are also darkened spots due to spilling of coffee but this cleaning team has cleaned it so well that I could not recognize the before and after shape of my rugs.
