The fringe on my Moroccan rug had turned a nasty, dark brown color from years of people walking over it. When I got it back from this shop, the fringe was a beautiful, clean cream color again and completely untangled. It completely transformed the rug and made it look brand new.

Our church has several rugs throughout the building in the various meeting and gathering areas. This local company completed the rug cleaning project for our church and greatly improved the appearance of the areas throughout the building. Thanks guys!!

As one of our rugs is handmade and has been in the family for years, I was a bit nervous about having it professionally cleaned. However, the staff was quite pleasant and took the time to explain the cleaning process to us before they picked up the rug. The rug came looking great and with all of its details intact. I am very happy with the carpet cleaning company.

I recently had my Persian rug cleaned. Bart, the cleaner, was so kind and walked me through the entire process, making me feel confident that my rug was in good hands. He was extremely professional and took great care with my rug, ensuring every stain was addressed. When my rug was returned, it looked like it had never been touched by time. It was completely restored and fresh. I will definitely call Silk Road Oriental Rug Pros again!

One of our dogs vomited 3 times during the night, on the only rug in our entire house. I cleaned as best I could but needed a pro. Based on reviews, I contacted Silk Road Oriental Rug Pros. They were able to come out the next day and did a beautiful job. Our rug looked bright and clean. Whatever they used wasn't stinky. Great experience and we will definitely use Silk Road Oriental Rug Pros again.
