Beautiful cleaning of my carpets. They also were very careful Moving furniture and putting them back in place.
Silk Road Odyssey repaired and cleaned and old Kilim rug for us. They did a great job, would recommend for any repair and cleaning work.
We had a rug delivered the wrong size and the team quickly was able to resize it. It came out great and the work was done quickly. Would strongly recommend them.
We needed a custom rug created - using two separate rugs - and also wanted a custom accent detail sewn into the large rug as well. They didn't hesitate to accommodate. Let me know it was a unique request and that they'll do their best with testing along the way. They provided a sample of the custom detail for approval. The end result was perfect. Could not be happier with their customer service and pricing!
Jay and his team were fair-priced, timely, and so knowledgeable. Came and picked up my beloved antique 9x12 Chinese rug, and cleaned it by hand, beautifully. Returned it a few weeks later and rolled it out for us, offering helpful information about its value and care. Thank you, Jay! Great work.
