We had a rug delivered the wrong size and the team quickly was able to resize it. It came out great and the work was done quickly. Would strongly recommend them.
We needed a custom rug created - using two separate rugs - and also wanted a custom accent detail sewn into the large rug as well. They didn't hesitate to accommodate. Let me know it was a unique request and that they'll do their best with testing along the way. They provided a sample of the custom detail for approval. The end result was perfect. Could not be happier with their customer service and pricing!
Jay and his team were fair-priced, timely, and so knowledgeable. Came and picked up my beloved antique 9x12 Chinese rug, and cleaned it by hand, beautifully. Returned it a few weeks later and rolled it out for us, offering helpful information about its value and care. Thank you, Jay! Great work.
