Have been extremely happy with the custom order through Silk Road Autos. The entire process was extremely easy and while it took a little longer for the vehicle to arrive when it did, I was really impressed with how incredibly good condition it was. The service and any repairs needed since then have been provided by Silk Road Autos with outstanding professionalism.

I purchased a 1992 Mitsubishi Delica JB500 camper van there, they told me that they cannot guarantee the camping equipment but that mechanic was A1... SURPRISE ! While I was crossing Canada the engine was overheating a bit even if outdoor temperature was arround 15°C. I discovered later that the serpentine strap (driving water pump) was more than ending life (like a quater inch thick at some spot) ! Purchased a Hiace from here a few weeks ago, got an incredible deal on it. After-sale service has been impeccable (just a minor issue with the AC, but they have gone out of their way to get it sorted ASAP and around my schedule). Importing to the US was daunting but they handle every aspect of the paperwork and temporary rego/insurance so all you have to do is hand over the papers and pay the duties - couldn’t have been any easier. And I just really liked Karim. Just a super nice, genuine, interesting guy
