I booked my mom a service for a silk press extreme and a trim on Saturday later afternoon...12 hours later my mom's hair was frizzy and reverted like crazy.(Think Don King). I immediately emailed them that Sunday morning and explained what happened. Knowing they are closed Sundays and Mondays ( as most salons are)..I expected to hear something that Tue, but heard nothing! Only giving one star as I have to in order to leave a review. Had a family member use their service and they refused to issue a refund for a bad press job. Another family member had to redo the style just to have it lay correctly. Not very good customer service. Will not recommend to use.
I took my daughter to this salon to get her hair done, and I have to say the stylist was absolutely amazing, professional, talented, and did a fantastic job. My daughter loved the results and will definitely be going back to see her. Unfortunately, the experience at the front desk was the complete opposite. The woman at reception was extremely rude and unprofessional. She made a disrespectful comment about my husband as he was coming in, seemingly thinking we couldn’t hear her. I have now been to this salon more than 3 times and I love it the vibe the atmosphere is great everyone is so nice and professional. They also offer so many services for such a great price, you can literally get everything you need in one spot. I always book my silk press with Que she is amazing, also check out Tenika for body sculpting after one session I seen results.
I'm so happy to have found a trusted and reliable salon. Everyone was welcoming. My son was recently rescued by Silk Press Xpress (SPX) after being canceled last minute by another braider in Maricopa. My 13. year old son noticeably upset after, he was looking to get two strand twists in his hair by a professional for the first time.
