i moved here a year ago , and thought it was the perfect place for my kids and i but i was quite wrong , it was infested with roaches from the previous tenants and i was not aware of it til i was told by MANY OTHER TENANTS that my unit was infested with roaches.. i told my landlord about it , & he tells me that spraying is illegal in New York State which is not true at all, they didn’t want to spend the money for it and got caught with a UNLICENSED EXTERMINATOR,
I’m writing this positive review because I see others have chosen not to, while it is everyone right to discuss their experience via this forum I feel compelled to share mine. My husband and I have been condominium owners here for over 30 years. Never has it been managed or looked so well, this is due to the commitment and diligence of our current board and of the management company we now employ. I have had the pleasure of dealing with both. If it weren’t for them the entire complex would have been destroyed & uninhabitable... read more
