Frequently cancel appointments within 2hrs via text, or generic email. Rescheduling is left to the customer, which would be better if the staff answered the phone, or called back messages. The rate of cancellations, and then availability to reschedule has made treatments ineffective due to the varying time-frames between appointments. Would rate lower if I could.
Jacquie made my treatment today such a positive experience. After a previous bad experience at another clinic, I was ready to stop my laser treatments altogether. However, Jacquie was incredibly professional, skilled, and patient. She gave me her full attention, and I never felt rushed or uncomfortable at any point. Thank you so much.

I have been regularly going to Silk laser Woden for over a year and all of the girls are so lovely and accommodating which is why I keep coming back. Recently I have had Jacquie who has been extremely knowledgeable about my skin, health conditions and just in the techniques used as well as being lovely to deal with.
