I had a disappointing experience at this particular Silk Laser branch in WODEN. I was served by a staff member of Asian appearance on Saturday around 1:45 PM. Unlike my previous visits to other Silk Laser locations in Belconnen and the City, where I have always received consistent service, this time, I was denied proper treatment for the sides of my face. I had my first laser treatment with Emily, and she was fantastic! She made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything thoroughly, and was very professional throughout the process. The treatment was smooth, and I appreciated her attention to detail and care. Highly recommend Emily for anyone considering laser treatment!
Booked in an appointment for 10:15, gave a call and advised will be running late. Could have informed on call they won’t be able to do it. After coming to the clinic I was told they won’t be able to go ahead with the appointment. Such a shame!
