TLDR: Head up to new clients: Silk Laser Clinic Woden cancelled my appointment on the day after four previous laser hair removal, suddenly claiming I needed to use a tyrosinase inhibitor—something they never explained, never discussed, and never required before. From a customer service perspective I have never had a positive experience with the Woden store. The actual laser hair removal was successful which is the only reason I returned to the shop. If you are in for a long term treatment program look elsewhere
