I had a great experience at Silk Warwick. Nurse Jessie was professional, gentle and explained everything clearly, which helped me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and I always feel well cared for during my treatments. I’m very pleased with the service and the overall experience, and I look forward to returning. I Highly recommend Nurse Jessie for all aesthetic based treatments !
I had a very disappointing experience at Silk Laser Warwick. The staff were rude and made me feel completely unwelcome from the moment I walked in. Instead of being greeted with professionalism and courtesy, I felt dismissed and uncomfortable. It is not what you would expect when you are paying for a service. Customer service is just as important as the treatment itself, and unfortunately this clinic fell well short. I will not be returning and cannot recommend them to others.
I was shocked by the lack of hygiene at Silk Laser Warwick. The seat I was asked to use had visible mould, which is completely unacceptable in a clinic setting. It gave the impression that cleanliness and basic sanitation are not being taken seriously. This made the whole experience feel unsafe and unsanitary. For a place that offers treatments where hygiene should be the highest priority, this was very concerning. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
