Shivawn and the beautiful team at Silk in Wagga are truly amazing. I have had multiple appointments for different services and worked with many of the ladies. The staff go above and beyond and take the time to listen to what you really want and show a real eye for detail. The best part is they have such a positive culture within the workplace which truly is an attribute to Shivawn and how she runs her clinic - nothing but dedication and passion for what she does!!!!
I’m a new patient. I felt really really rushed today, and not very embraced or listened to. I felt like it was all a money grab, and they just wanted to get me in and out as quick as possible. They were really nice to their repeat patients, but I didn’t feel that I was getting the same treatment and that they were more interested in getting the phone than saying goodbye, or that it was nice to meet me, or that they would see me again soon etc. It just felt really impersonal, and like I was just another face to stick needles ... read more
I've been going to silk for a while now. Great service & Maddy is the best, she is efficient & makes me feel so welcome + comfortable. I wouldn't want to go to anyone else!!
