The nurse I usually see went on leave after having a baby, so the clinic assigned someone else to do my treatment. I specifically asked them to follow exactly what my previous nurse had done, and I was assured that this had been noted. Unfortunately, the new nurse was running very late for my appointment. She also injected a different area around my eyebrow, telling me that my eyebrows were uneven and that she thought I needed it. I’m disappointed with my experience at Silk Laser. While not all of the staff are rude, I have found that a few staff members are extremely rude and do not treat clients with the respect they deserve. I started my sessions with a positive impression, but unfortunately, some interactions with staff have made me uncomfortable and dissatisfied.
