Today my wife came for a laser appointment at Silk Clinic. I do not want to mention the staff member’s name at this stage, but the service was extremely rude and unprofessional. The treatment was rushed, and proper care was not taken during the session. The staff member repeatedly kept saying, “We are running behind, we are running behind.” If the clinic is behind schedule, that is not the customer’s fault. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. The results I’m very impressed with which is all down to Jane’s technique and approach. The booking was relaxed and breezy. The staff were all welcoming and friendly also.
