The staff and facility are nice enough but we've been switched between technicians because the first one apparently wasn't operating correctly and it was slowing our results. We moved in the midst of getting our treatments (the whole schedule can take more than a year because of the downtime between appointments) and it's apparently impossible to transfer between locations for some reason.
