I came in here as a first time filler customer, I was impressed by how professional everything was from the initial phone call to book, to the results! The receptionists were wonderful and very friendly. They are super detailed in the information you give them which is soooo important when receiving any kind of cosmetic treatment. Claudia did an incredible job at my micro needling, highly recommend this clinic as they provide a great friendly environment and give plenty of information on any questions regarding the service you are receiving.
First experience- great. Second experience- horrible. Head office not helpful at all. Paid nearly $2k to have fillers done that looked shocking and left me self conscious. Had to get them all dissolved because it was uneven, applied outside of the area it was supposed to be and lopsided. Gaslit in follow-up consultation. Ridiculous.
All the team are helpful & friendly, assisting in my skin journey the last 2 years. Claudia’s knowledge, patience & gentle touch has left her being my absolute ride or die for trust & results. I’m so much more confident in my skin & able to try new processes to keep pushing it forward on this journey
