Few months ago I went to this clinic and bought package of 4 sessions and went there today to use my remaining sessions.at the end of the treatment, lady said she cannot find my package in the system. I showed her text massages from their system showing all the sessions with date and also payment in my bank account. She said these are not enough as she cannot find in her system and I have to pay for my session again. The girls here at Silk are lovely and super accommodating! Would highly recommend Jessie as she made me feel super comfortable and did a thorough job. Will most definitely be back to see her for any future appointments
