The service attitude was absolutely terrible, and the laser treatment was shockingly careless. They were dismissive, arrogant, and completely disrespectful. I booked LHR – Consult and LHR – Brazilian (excluding rear) + Underarm. The so-called ‘consultation’ was just me filling out a form on an iPad by myself.
