I left a review a few years ago saying how good this place was… it has changed so much since I first started my laser journey. It is absolutely horrible now. I no longer go here because I felt like I was being treated poorly, i had my insecurities pointed out, one of which was my body hair, and I’m there for it to be removed for goodness sake! I have hair laser removal today with Georgina. She does a great job, very caring and not rush between the treatment I feel really comfortable with her. Will back to book the treatment with her again.
Both my partner and I felt completely disregarded by Silk Laser. Despite voicing valid concerns about missed treatment areas, we were met with sheer arrogance and zero care. When I asked for a simple follow-up, I was bluntly told to “go elsewhere”—not their policy. I escalated this to both management and head office, only to be completely ignored. This experience left us feeling dismissed and unvalued. I strongly advise others to stay away.
A fantastic experience from start to finish. The clinic is clean, professional and very welcoming. My therapist was exceptional - knowledgeable, reassuring and attentive. She made me feel completely comfortable and well cared for throughout my treatment.
Emily is the best ever.
