I didn't realise how easy to deal with Silk until I tried another laser clinic in Sunshine Plaza. As they sell prepaid treatments all the time, and it will be very common that the treatments are expired. Silk always honors the expired treatments and you can continue to use them while the other one won't honor it at all! I had Brazilian + underarm laser treatment with Emily, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Emily was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She was very thorough, gentle, and explained everything clearly. Her attention to detail was excellent, and she made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Highly recommend Emily!
