Good prices but the service you get is not consistent. Sometimes the operator you get is very thorough with laser treatment but very shy and won't tell you what you need to do and then another time you see the operator rushing the treatments and skipping big patches on your skin but able to communicate clearly. I don't wanna be verbally demanding in a situation where I'm very exposed and that makes asking questions difficult. I hope they improve with their training.

I'm at the point where I don't ever want to return here. The people at the front are extremely judgey, they aren't helpful or compassionate to sensitive topics. Each time I've gone in for lazer here, I've never seen so much as offered a towel to cover myself...and coupled being in certain rooms, the entire outside bit can see you. I returned after 6 years or so for an update later, the person I was first popped in with just told me "I'll give you a moment to get ready" and I couldn't remember what I needed to do...it was so ... read more
