Disgusting treatment of clients laughing and mocking clients which is very unprofessional in a customer service setting. Absolutley sickening and disrespectful. The manager of this store is an absolute joke with no accountability. Headquarters really have to find new staff at this store cause it is very detrimental for the business
15th of April 2026, I ran 6 min late and was told by Prisilla that since I am late I can't have the service, whereby, everytime that I go there, I have to wait 40 min at minimum for my appointment. And the lady after me for 1.25pm appointment walked in at 1.34pm but she was'nt turned away for being late. Pathetic service, will not be going there ever again. It does not matter to the business ofcourse, could be seen by their behaviour.
I just want to share my experience went so bad they burned my both arms with out any explanation and they didn’t offer me any treatment or medicine or money back I have another appointment with them but I’m so scared to go back.
