Wonderful experience and brilliant staff. Couldn't be happier with the thoughtful discussions and tailoring treatments to my personal needs.
My husband has 4 small patches of hair on his back that he wanted lasered off. They shaved his entire back thinking they they would only do the patches. He purchased packages and paid her single appointments. This has been going on since 2022 and it's now end of 2025. His back is completely hairy. It's disgusting. This has not changed even after packages were purchased. It's worse than what it was. I should have just kept waxing those patches. Dylan and Alana were incredibly kind, warm and informative. I felt very well looked after and won't be going anywhere else. Incredible at their job and looked after me very well. Won't be going anywhere else.
I had the lovely Maddie today for my appointment, couldn't have asked for a better consultant. She was very thorough and fantastic to chat to, had a good laugh whilst being lasered, which you don't usually expect, 10/10 reccomend 😀.
