Very professional and great customer service. Very happy with my treatment
Extremely disappointed in the appalling customer service I received from the manager. The manager, Sammy, has a mean girl attitude and tone. Sammy did my most recent laser service. I felt uncomfortable and judged by her immediately, and throughout the treatment due to her tone and attitude. After my appointment I enquired about a skincare product to help my KP, saying, “you probably noticed i have quite bad KP on my legs” She responded “yeah you do” in a condescending and judgmental tone. I was extremely nervous for my first appointment at Silk Laser. Dylan made the experience very positive and I was comfortable enough to go through with my treatment. 10\10 would recommend Dylan!!!
