Had been coming here and seeing a specific specialist for almost 4 years. (She was absolutely amazing.) Showed up on my laser appointment in February for my face, and was told on the spot that my specialist wasn't in today. I was given 0 notice about this and would not have showed up considering my experiences with other staff. I was disappointed but didn't want to postpone, seeing as I was already there. First visit to Henley beach branch and I wasn’t made to feel welcome at all and was invisible to the girls at reception. No smile, no acknowledgement, nothing. They were gossiping about someone else at the desk. After 15 min, I left the clinic. Wasted my time. Not coming back here
