I booked in for the Be Clear MediFacial as a birthday treat for myself. I came to Ellenbrook because of the review rating it has - it was a 20 minute drive for me. I was so excited as this was my first facial. After waiting for 10 minutes, the beauty therapist half-heartedly “washed” my face and patted it dry. Super satisfied with my first experience at Ellenbrook’s silk laser clinic. I was incredibly nervous as I’ve never had laser treatment before, however, I was welcomed very kindly which dulled the nerves. I had the pleasure of having Holly for my treatment. She gave me a consult in depth and kept me informed of the process of the service. So kind, so professional and so sweet. I highly recommend her!

I came in to get my laser appointment as I usually get laser done. however i feel very disappointed as the lady who was doing my laser came into the room while I was getting changed and she didn’t knock or ask if she can come in She just opened the door. I understand that intensity will go up however, the lady didn’t explain to me that it was gonna be really hot and she didn’t communicate throughout the appointment about the temperature she didn’t ask me.
