Very bad service, everything. I not come back agian And I am willing to waste my money in advance and will not recommend or use the service again.
Awful experience due to terrible communication. My confirmed appointment time was changed without any notification. They canceled when I was already on my way, saying there was no availability. They even lied, claiming they tried to call multiple times without an answer, when I immediately returned their one call to confirm the original schedule.
The girls were really professional.
I booked in for the Be Clear MediFacial as a birthday treat for myself. I came to Ellenbrook because of the review rating it has - it was a 20 minute drive for me. I was so excited as this was my first facial. After waiting for 10 minutes, the beauty therapist half-heartedly “washed” my face and patted it dry.
