The staff are extremely knowledgeable and always take the time to guide you on what’s truly best for your skin — no pressure, just genuine care and expertise. I’ve had many, many treatments here and every single one has worked wonders for my skin. The service is consistently fantastic, and I genuinely wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin. I had an appointment on Monday 16th June for microdermabrasion on arrival I was asked to fill the form on ipad regarding my concerns. I was highly disappointed didn’t even see a minor difference at all. The lady that did my micro kept asking me to get a high performance micro instead of what I was looking that was diamond micro. Honestly wasted my money wasn’t even satisfied with the treatment and later on she asked me to buy the products from there range but total waste of time and money.
I have been going to Silk for over a year now and am so unbelievably happy with my results. Gabbie makes me feel comfortable and welcome every time. Even on days where i might feel a bit more vulnerable i always leave feeling confident and fresh and she's always ready to answer my random questions with her weath of knowledge. Couldn't ask for a better person to do my lazer or better results!!
