Poor customer focus from management. Gaslit and left shaking from humiliation after my appointment that I’d paid for the week before (when within a special deal Period) required additional payment. I’d gone in initially to be turned away due to having recent anti wrinkle. Team advised me I’d need to wait a period of time before I could proceed with my treatment.so I represented 10 days later as informed. I’ve been to many places for cosmetic injections, but Nurse Lukas at SILK is by far the best! He’s a true perfectionist who really takes the time to listen to exactly what I want and makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the whole process. His attention to detail is amazing, the results are flawless and so natural—I’m absolutely obsessed! If you’re looking for someone who combines skill with genuine care for his clients, Nurse Lukas is your go-to. Highly recommend!
