I am new to Bris and chose this clinic because it’s close to my house but I’m so glad I found them- the team are so lovely! I was lost and had to call them for directions, and they were just so warm and friendly. Can’t fault them and won’t be going anywhere else! Thank you lovely ladies ☺️
I spent what must have been hundreds of dollars here trying to improve my skin as a 17 / 18 year old. There was no improvement and no end in sight until I gave up blindly trusting them. Many years later I thought they might have improved, booking an LED online, having it confirmed and then pre purchasing. Only to be rescheduled twice told that they didn’t have 20minutes to help me on any of the days I was available prior to my event the following week and that they would not refund me. I’ve been going to Silk Laser Clinics Brookside for 5 years and they are absolutely amazing! The team is always so friendly, professional and welcoming, and they make every visit such a great experience. The results I’ve had over the years have been incredible, and I always feel well looked after and cared for. Their knowledge and expertise are second to none, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. If you’re looking for the best in treatments and service, this is the place to go!

I cannot recommend nurse Jagrup enough ! She is beyond amazing at what she does and makes you feel so confident and comfortable every step of the way. Her work is perfection- natural, flawless, and exactly what you ask for. She is not only incredibly skilled at what she does, but she genuinely cares about her clients and their needs. If you are looking for someone who is professional, knowledgeable and absolutely amazing nurse Jagrup is fabulous. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust anyone else:)
