Very disappointing customer service. I arrived just 5 minutes late for my skin needling appointment. One staff member at the front desk cancelled my appointment and said there were no appointments available until next Friday, while three staff members were sitting at front desk. A few minutes later, my husband spoke to them, and suddenly they were able to offer me a 6:00 pm appointment on the same day. a same-day appointment suddenly became available. Had a great experience with Cloey as my aesthetician. She walked me through her process and made me feel comfortable. I also found that the staff is very friendly and welcoming as opposed to other clinics in the area.
Emily was very kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the microneedling session. She did the treatment really well, and I had a great experience. Highly recommend her!
