The lady who assisted me today was wonderful. She was very friendly and welcoming.
I got my period on the day of my appointment and attempted to call the salon two hours in advance to ask whether I could arrive slightly later or reschedule, as I needed to return home to clean myself first. I called twice, but no one answered. I still made a serious effort to attend the appointment and arrived 8 minutes late. I have been attending Silk Belconnen for several years now, for various treatments and every time I have Ashley as my therapist it has always been an amazing experience she goes above and beyond and is full of knowledge, highly recommend.
I could not speak any higher of Silk Belconnen. Their service, professionalism and kindness is unmatched. Always willing to listen and talk through any concerns I have. This clinic is by far the cleanest, best run and most professional team I have ever experienced! Absolutely incredible!
