I usually don’t write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience due to the lack of response from the clinic. I had a laser treatment with Tania on January 17th, and unfortunately, the experience was far from professional. As a new client, I received no explanation about the procedure, what to expect, or how it should feel. The treatment itself was painful.
