Disrespectful manager in how she is handling the staff and the customers . Very bad experience with the manager when she couldn't verify the purchase of a package with them and instead of trying harder to find it on the system she was busy throwing bad words on me . When I find a proof of purchase she didn't even provide an apology for her absolutely disgraceful attitude. A good customer service is crucial for any business, you at Belconnen failed this .
Very poor service , would rather find not only a better service but a better customer service at least . Surely not recommended
