Disrespectful manager in how she is handling the staff and the customers . Very bad experience with the manager when she couldn't verify the purchase of a package with them and instead of trying harder to find it on the system she was busy throwing bad words on me . When I find a proof of purchase she didn't even provide an apology for her absolutely disgraceful attitude. A good customer service is crucial for any business, you at Belconnen failed this .
Very poor service , would rather find not only a better service but a better customer service at least . Surely not recommended
I am extremely disappointed with the way the manager handled both staff and customers. The level of disrespect shown during my interaction was unacceptable. When she was unable to verify my package purchase in the system, rather than making a genuine effort to resolve the issue, she responded with rude and inappropriate comments directed at me.
