Went there to book an appointment at 2.30pm Sunday 16/11/25 (during their advertised opening hours). The door was shut and the place in darkness. No sign on the door. Needless to say, they won’t be getting my business.
I saw Nurse Que for lip volume, and I would highly recommend her! She talks you through what options are available and gives guidance based on what you're looking for. She is meticulous in 'mapping out' where she will treat, and checks through the procedure how things are looking (and constantly checks in to make sure you're doing OK!). She is truly amazing and I highly recommend her and Silk.
I was booked for my laser appointment at 12pm. Received a text at 8:00 that day saying they were short staffed and cancelled my appointment. I gave them a call to reschedule my appointment to which they offered me a slot the next day at 12 pm. I went there at 12pm just to be told again the same story that they were short staffed and won’t be able to attend me, they also were adamant that they had called and messaged me regarding the cancellation however I had received no such information.
