She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. I have been coming to Silk laser clinic Bateau bay for the last 8 years. I started coming when they first opened as Laser Lounge. I have had a great experience each time as it does not matter who I see as everyone gives me time. I have had skin treatments with Kayla, caitlyn, samara, Eilidh and Tina for some tweaking. I had my treatment with Nurse Sarah and I’m so happy with the natural-looking results. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. The results look so good, and I’ve been receiving compliments from everyone! Highly recommend Nurse Sarah.
Strange that not once that I've seen Tina has she ever called a doctor on a tablet to verify the use of fillers and botox being administered under the skin. I have checked up on Silk Laser Clinics and unfortunately they have no licence to operate any business within Australia. They are advertising on television at the moment and I am taking them to court. Tina is a reregistered nurse. Sarah isn't even a Nurse. Avoid this pathetic company.
I had a great experience at Silk Laser Clinic Bateau Bay. Eilidh is very professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the laser treatments. She explained everything clearly, and I’m so happy with my results. Highly recommend Eilidh and the team!
