All therapists at friendly, always smiling and professional . Samara has been my therapist since August 2024. Samara provides a high standard of care and keeps me informed with progress of procedures. . She is very compassionate with her role and is always keeping up to date. 100 percent happy with my experience. Thank you
Tina is absolutely amazing! I’ve been seeing her for the last few years and I highly recommend her to anyone who asks. She’s great at listening to what you want and need…and makes suggestions to help you achieve the look you’re after. She’s so knowledgeable and openly shares this with you. I have been coming to Silk laser clinic Bateau bay for the last 8 years. I started coming when they first opened as Laser Lounge. I have had a great experience each time as it does not matter who I see as everyone gives me time. I have had skin treatments with Kayla, caitlyn, samara, Eilidh and Tina for some tweaking. I have been getting my lips and anti wrinkle treatment for a number of years by Tina , unfortunately this last treatment I was very dissatisfied with, my lips were lopsided, when going in to hopefully get sorted as I had my daughters wedding in 3 days, I was told that the anti wrinkle she had put in my chin had started to pull my right side bottom lip down, shrugged her shoulders and spread her hands and replied, unfortunately Botox can not be reversed, I am fully aware I signed a form should issues occurred they are not lia... read more
