I’ve been a member at Silk City Fit, for about four weeks now, and it is hands down the best gym experience I’ve had. They’ve welcomed me with open arms with little to no workout experience. The atmosphere that they created leaves me excited to return again!
I went to Silk City Fit for about a month and loved it! The owners, programming, coaches, community, and facility were all top notch. Sara also worked with me as I was moving/transitioning to a new gym which I really appreciated. Will definitely miss it here and would recommend to anyone!
If the word “CrossFit” makes you nervous, whether you’re post-injury, out of shape, or just starting out, this is the place that will change your mind. The coaches don’t just teach you movements. Great CrossFit gym, was in town for Memorial Day and was very grateful to be welcomed into the gym by Cory and Sara and the rest of the community at Silk City for Murph! Their positive energy and supportive atmosphere make this a great place for all fitness levels. Highly recommend!
