Excellent CrossFit gym! The coaches are incredible, the owners Cory and Sara are amazing, and the gym itself is huge, well organized, clean, and has plenty of rig space, barbells, weights, etc. They also run this CF gym like a business, which not all CF gyms do. There is a weekly newsletter, extras such as skills clinics, a foundation to give back to the community, and little things that go a long way like Cory making a point to say hi and fistbump everyone in class even if he isn't coaching. I started at Silk City six weeks ago, and I’ve found the perfect place for me to get, and stay, fit. Coach Jason is awesome and takes the time to show me the correct way to do things. The other members are great too and have shown me a lot of support, which really helps! It’s a simple program that only requires one thing: showing up. Simple, but not easy and that’s okay. Glad I found this place.
I’ve been a member at Silk City Fit for a year and a half, and my 12-year-old daughter participates in the CrossFit Teens program. We both absolutely love it! The coaches are positive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping every athlete improve. My 9 a.m. coach, Liza, has been incredible from day one. She’s a patient, tireless teacher who knows exactly when to challenge me and when to fine-tune my form.
