I hated my experience here. I arrived a few minutes early and although I wanted to get cash before my appointment no where does it state, nor was I told "my studio is located inside of Phoenix Hair Salon" (where a bunch of individual salon studios are) the GPS took me to a random spot so I drove around to the other side and had to call to verify the correct location. TL;DR: Shellvita is the best! She’s super knowledgeable, patient, efficient, and makes you feel more confident with your hair. And I’m not just talking about walking away with a cute yet fleeting style. She is more than well versed in proper hair care (down to your nutrition) that you can properly provide TLC to your hair. She does a good job, but instead of just being upfront and saying she didn't want to do my hair because of the fact it's too hard because I am in a wheelchair. Instead when I called to see when she was available, sne tried to get mad.... I guess so she could justify blocking me when I went on the app to schedule a appointment ... But its fine. But I am mad because she would do a treatment to my hair I THINK called a SCALP FACIAL or something like that, I used to get it, every everytime i went they grew my hair alot. ... read more
