I never leave reviews especially negative ones for a small business, but the service for my bridal appointment was awful. I spent 3/4 of the time in the dressing room waiting for dresses to be pulled, not a kind word was said until I was in tears, and another employee was being reprimanded right outside my dressing room. I understood that not all shops may have the “right” dress but all brides should feel supported.

Not only will you leave here with a dress you love, you'll also leave as if you've made new best friends! My sister came here for the sample sale and not only did Sav pull the PERFECT dress for her, but the experience itself was beyond anything you could ask for. Sav was fantastic, listened to everything my sister said, and truly knows what works best for everyone. Fatima provides us with nothing less than an exceptional experience. She was professional and able to quickly recognize the style of wedding dress my daughter was looking for. Once the dress was chosen, she went out of her way to meet our special needs and requests for the alterations.
