My husband drove there asking if they could work on our muffler. The woman took a look under our jeep, took a picture and said she would call us back when the mechanic came back. She never called back. After he called back twice the woman just said. NO, can't do it.... We didn't have a major problem just 2 bolts needed to be replaced. I think that was poor customer service.
