Former 5-star review. I changed this to 1-star because my experience this year (2024) was absolutely abysmal. It was nearly impossible to get any information from Russell for weeks at a time despite many attempts to do so. My return was completed the literal day before it needed to be filed leaving me no time to review or ask questions. I've since had to hire a 2nd firm to go through the return and they've already found multiple mistakes. Just save yourself the headache and avoid this place like the plague.
