this company sells junk and no response to any thing .they should be shut down , havent never dealt with these kinds of problems and the biggest crook is they claim to be a " five star company " ha ha". dont fall for that line buyers beware of this place and their junk. if i save 1 person from wasting their money ive done a good deed so dont be fooled by them.my daughters fisher price camera is better than the one they sold me
Absolutely the worst company that I have ever done business with. Took \$179 for payment. Delivered my camera to the wrong address and refused to assist with getting it back. Refused to help file a claim with FedEx when the item was supposed to be insured.
This Company is the worst of the worst! Dont waste your money or your time. Customer Service is foreign and they sell junk by saying their cameras do one thing and then when you receive the camera you realize it cant. For those that didnt receive their camera......You havent lost anything! My cell phone takes a better picture.
These guys think customer service is sending an automated email. I tried contacting them a dozen times because I was having problems with paying through paypal... apparently I cant give them a credit card number. I tried to contact them to figure out a way to pay them other than paypal because it would take a few days for funds to transfer from my bank account into my newly created paypal account.
