In July ‘23 I had knee reconstruction surgery using my quad graft (+ PRP). This happened playing soccer at UCSB, so I was referred to Dr. Reynolds as I moved back to the Bay Area. These folks are THE BEST. Nothing about my 15 YO daughter’s knee surgery or recovery was easy. Team MASI/SVO’s stepped up the entire way. Their support and care is extraordinary. Nobody wants to go thru this stuff, but having the right team supporting you is the make or break factor. They worked with us thru multiple care points at every juncture. Went to see nurse practitioner Janice Cooper. We arrived on time of our appointment and were promptly seated in the waiting room. After spending half an hour in the waiting room behind the closed door, we went out to inquire about the nurse and we were told that the nurse is on a phone appointment. Would have appreciated if they respected patient's time and not double booked phone as well as in person appointment at same time.
