I can't recommend Dan Ross at Silicon Valley Hypnosis Center enough. He was absolutely instrumental in helping me overcome a long-standing issue that I thought I would never be able to resolve. The sessions were incredibly profound, and the benefits have extended to so many areas of my life. I am truly grateful for his expertise and the positive change he has helped me achieve.

Before seeing Dan I sought a few psychiatrists but felt they were all the same. They took the slow route to change (if any) just so they could bill you month after month. With Dan we connected right away but he’s the type of guy I think can connect with anyone because we don’t really have much in common besides maybe our humor. Before meeting Dan, I was extremely uncomfortable and pessimistic about the idea of going to any form of therapy, but my husband saw the glowing reviews and convinced me to give it a shot earlier this year. I've had absolutely crippling levels of anxiety and depression for most of my adult life, and up until now, had not found any doctor or practicioner who could actually help me much. Dan is the most kind and non-judgmental therapist I have ever met. There has not even been a single instance where it was uncomfortable opening up to him or where I felt I should have not been for therapy. He has been a true source of positivity and throughout the session he made me feel supported and in good hands irrespective of how silly or how big i felt my issues were.
