I really appreciated the thorough exam and the clear explanations from the optometrist. Feeling confident about my eye health now!
After having tried another optometrist I can really say Dr. Mendelson will try to sell you on more expensive procedures you might not need. For example I had very slight dry eye, but instead of suggesting warm compresses as a first resort they recommended the over $1000 out of pocket Lipiflow treatment immediately. They did later give me a flier (without verbally mentioning the option) and send me an email suggesting Systane tears and warm compresses, but as a secondary solution after Lipiflow on the list.
