Great customer service, reminds every time before the appointments and also great service fully satisfied
This is one of the best pediatric and general dentists in the Bay area. The staff is great and I take my child here for routine dental visits. The staff interacts with patients in a very friendly manner, they listen to your concerns and offer appropriate diagnosis. Overall I am very happy with Silicon Valley Dental

Receptionist was extremely rude to me! I tried to become a new patient at this dentist but when I called I was treated very rudely. The receptionist answered my call and when I tried to explain what I needed help with she just shouted "HOLD ON, HOLD ON!" and put me on hold without explaining anything.
