I recently ordered 2 gig of ram for my 2002 vintage emachine. The ram arrived in a reasonable time frame, and was packed very well. Installation went well and there were no issues at reboot. That would have satisfied me enough, but in addition they sent along a 3" lollipop. Corny perhaps, but a cool touch. Sweetwater music equipment company does something similar, another company I highly recommend.
