It outsources all the AirBNB and other management work to a highly proficient and energetic manager, who will be faithful both to you and your guests. Tatiana is whip smart and can handle any issues that might arise entirely on her own. She's the perfect solution for anyone with investment properties or just someone looking to cover travel expenses. I made much more than I could have on my own!
I was so impressed with Four Blocks Properties! The service is well run and very professional. Tatiana is an experienced Air BnB host, so I knew I could count on her. LOVE THIS SERVICE! Four Blocks made my life so much easier! My parent's old apartment has been sitting empty in Santa Monica for over a year now, since I don't have the time or live close enough to rent it out to people as a short term rental. Four Blocks did all the work and now without having to do anything, we're making money on my parents old apartment, instead of it being a burden.
