We have been doing business with Silica Plumbing and Heating for a number of years and couldn’t be happier. From installing new water heaters and water softeners to more complex projects, they have been with us all of the way! Joan, Sandy and their entire crew are very personable and professional. Woke up to a call from the city that we had a water issue, discovered it was the water heater. Silica came out same day to replace the water heater, everyone was very friendly, and the technicians made sure we were good to go before they left. Was also cheaper than what we were expecting, and they explained the cost breakdown.
They have 3 of our houses and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The nicest guys you will ever meet. Outstanding work and fast.
I noticed our water heater leaking on a Wednesday night, called Silica first thing Thursday morning, and had a new water heater installed within hours! Very happy with the work and the friendly staff.
