I have used Silica Plumbing numerous times. From a leaking shower encloser, an entire new home construction project, and a basement remodel. I would recommend them to all!
About two weeks ago we called about our Electric water heater leaking. We were pleasantly surprised when they told us that they could have someone come out within half an hour especially because it was during that first big snow storm we had earlier this month. Fortunately they had the water heater we needed in stock and could replace it the same day at a reasonable price so we proceeded with that route. Dec 23rd our toilet was leaking. I called Silica and the staff was so pleasant and helpful. They wanted to make sure our issue was something they service. Richard came to our home and fixed the issue. He was so pleasant and explained why the toilet was leaking and how he could fix it. We were so appreciative. Thank you, Silica Plumbing and Richard.
Our water heater started leaking over the weekend and we called Silica right away Monday morning. They were there replacing the water heater with a couple of hours of our call. They were very knowledgeable and very caring. We will definitely be calling them back for future needs.
