We had an outstanding experience here. From the front desk to the dental assistants and dentist everyone was welcoming and explained everything thoroughly. Our older son has a lot of anxiety; they were great in explaining the tools and process, allaying any worries he had. I highly recommend SiLi Smile and wish I could go there as an adult.
This was our first visit to the office and our 4-year-old was very nervous and upset when we arrived. From the moment we walked in, the staff helped ease our anxiety. Cheryl, the dental hygienist, was especially wonderful—kind, patient, and incredibly thoughtful. I can’t say enough good things about this practice! They went above and beyond to make the dentist a positive experience for my daughter who was having a lot of anxiety and initially not wanting to participate in the exam. Dr. Simon and her staff were extremely patient and had many different ideas for how to make the exam less scary for her. Drs. Simone and Li are extremely comforting with my kids. They take the time to explain what is happening, consistently check to ensure the kids aren’t experiencing pain, and give reassurance throughout the visit. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!
