I had such a great experience at this shop. Compared to another shop that I went to I felt that the staff here really listened to what I wanted and what I felt most comfortable in. From the first appointent to my final fitting all of the staff was very helpful and made everying very easy.
I had the absolute best experience at Silhouette Bridal!! I sent them my inspiration pics and details about my dream wedding dress and the first dress Alicia picked ended up being the ONE. They made my vision come to life and the pricing was very reasonable. Thank you thank you!!
As a special precaution not to disparage a private business I must disagree wholeheartedly with the notion that these are just sweet people trying to find the perfect dress for your wonderful day. I would caution everyone to be nice, but not naive when dealing with any bridal shop, but especially this one. Radar up and eyes wide open ladies.
My lack of stars is based on the way I was treated after purchasing my gown. Not on the way the expert saleswomen treat you while you are in the lovely boutique. My experience started on Feb 5th. I fell madly in love with my gown and purchased the floor model (due to the timing of my wedding it was the best option). In return there were alterations that needed to be made. I worked with Fazila to find my perfect dress! She was amazing and so sweet! She was a great listener and walked me through the whole dressing buying process. She ended up picking a dress that I loved and I knew right away that it was "the" dress. I brought in three bridesmaids and everyone was super nice to us. They do carry the Disney wedding dress line, but only a few dresses so call ahead if you are interested in a particular Disney dress.
