She marked my Groupon as used but never provided the service. I was scheduled for 1120 pm. Got there, no answer and she didn't respond to my texts until later. According to hee, the appointment had been rescheduled. However, I never rescheduled because i was busy the entire day. She tried ro reschedule me dor 339pm but I couldn't make. I told her I couldn't make it and she told me to reach out to Groupon for a refund. Later on that day I did, but she had already marked it as used. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I initially purchased a Groupon and, overlooked that appointments are required. I attempted to walk in, but due to the nature of the equipment which is quite powerful and understandably loud there was a brief moment of confusion (my mistake). I can’t get anyone on the phone to answer my calls. When I left a message, someone texted me back and said can I call you at 3pm, Never got a call back. I’ve called back three or four times since that…. It’s now 4:50 pm, no calls no one answering the phone. I tried to book online, but the cite won’t let me. I don’t wanna pay for three sessions if I’m not gonna be able to get the Appointments I need.
