I had a great experience with this Silhouette Aesthetics! The owner is professional, knowledgeable, so welcoming. She is also passionate about helping clients feel confident in themselves. She takes the time to explain the treatment process, answer questions, and make you feel comfortable throughout the experience. The atmosphere is clean and inviting, and the customer service is excellent. I appreciate the care and attention given to me. I would definitely recommend this Silhouette Aesthetics to anyone in Virginia interest... read more

She is wonderful! She is knowledgeable, sweet, caring, and understanding. I told her what was bothering me and she immediately had the best plan in mind. I will definitely be returning.

Very disappointed. I purchased the Groupon for a Deluxe Hydrafacial but received what felt like a basic, rushed facial. The Hydrafacial machine was only used for the first step, and everything else was done manually. I left feeling misled and as though less effort was given because I was a Groupon customer.
