Update: Very disappointing experience. I purchased a Deluxe Hydrafacial, but the treatment felt rushed and incomplete. She later confirmed in writing that the machine was used for the initial step while the remaining portions were performed manually. She then told me in writing that she would authorize Groupon to issue a refund, but later told Groupon the opposite and denied the authorization. I found that incredibly dishonest and deceptive. Very disappointed. I purchased the Groupon for a Deluxe Hydrafacial but received what felt like a basic, rushed facial. The Hydrafacial machine was only used for the first step, and everything else was done manually. I left feeling misled and as though less effort was given because I was a Groupon customer.
Giovanna is wonderful—calm, attentive, and very professional. The place is clean and welcoming, and I’m very impressed with the results!. I would definitely recommend Silhouette Aesthetic
I had a great experience at Silhouette Aesthetic. Jiovana is a wonderful professional, always on time. Her studio has a very nicely environment and has plenty of parking. Most importantly I noticed results from my treatment. Highly recommend!
