We needed a camper cushion shortened and they did a great job. As if that were not enough, the owner delivered the cushion to our home when he was finished with it, saving us a trip back to the store. We will use them again for our sewing needs, both with clothes and with cushions.
First time in many years I had that wonderful experience when coming to the tailor shop. Professional and very friendly. Everything was done right without any extra visits. And my project was not simple: several men's and women’s Latin dance costumes for international competition in Europe. Plus, they did it from just a sketch or basically our idea and created beautiful custom pieces. Horrible service, terrible customer service, inflated prices – I took a pair of pants in to have a clasp put on (extremely simple thing). For $10, I got: - a cheap pair of clasps sewn ON TOP of my broken clasps - thick cheap thread (which did not match the original thread) sewn in squiggly lines all over When I told the lady that it was not done right, she rushed and re-did the entire thing in less than 3 minutes (not exaggerating here). After 3 minutes, I got: - a cheap pair of clasps sewn with horrible stitching and thread
